There is a well stocked Choithrams supermarket, a coffee shop, laundry, a beauty salon and an ATM machine.
Residents appreciate the extra space and large gardens they get in the villas here, said to be more spacious than similar sized properties at Al Reem in Arabian Ranches and at Springs. They also report that the pool is never too busy to enjoy and property maintenance is excellent. What residents dont appreciate, however, is the complicated access routes. It can take up to 15 minutes to get into or out of the community.
