Aykon City by Damac Properties was announced in Feb 2016. This landmark project will consist of 6 towers located along Sheikh Zayed Road and the Dubai Canal. In Feb 2016, Damac Properties have opened up limited components of the project to investors.
- Aykon City will be developed in two stages. The first component (which Damac have now announced) will feature four towers connected by a central podium.
Tower A: Aykon Hotel & Serviced Residences, 80 storeys tall.
Tower B: Hotel Apartments by Damac Maison Hotels & Resorts. 63 storeys tall.

Tower D: Office Space. 65 storeys tall.
These four towers are scheduled for completion by Oct 2021.

- Tower A will feature Aykon Dare, which is being touted as a tourist attraction. On the 80th floor, guests will be able to walk around the outside of the tower's roof.
