Al Furjan is a family-oriented area developed by Nakheel in the region of Jebel Ali Village. It features over 4,000 properties that include villas, townhouses and apartment buildings.
These properties are distributed between four exclusive villages. They are known as Dubai Style, Masakin Al Furjan, Avenue Residence and Quortaj.

Al Furjan is Arabic for a ‘collection of homes’ or ‘small village’ and the sales pitch is a connected, friendly, community environment with houses built in small clusters connected by a series of walkways and parks, masterplanned residential development, Al Furjan is located between Sheikh Zayed Road and Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, and is adjacent to Discovery Garden. The community is made up of four villages; North, South, East and West - which share a network of pathways and amenities. Al Furjan will also benefit from linked cycle routes running through Discovery Gardens, Garden View Villas and Al Furjan - which will result in a 40km cycle track.
The Al Furjan Metro Station is located in the area, it lies on Route 2020 of the Dubai Metro. Other nearby stations include Discovery Gardens Metro Station, Ibn Battuta Metro Station and Jebel Ali Metro Station.

There are quite a few foods and beverage outlets located in the Al Furjan Pavillion Centres, popular choices are Oregano – a casual dining Italian restaurant, Which Wich – the make your own sandwich chain, and Al Arrab – a popular Arab eatery. Discovery Garden is famed for being a haven for foodies, mainly due to the price point and variety of restaurants and cuisines; if you are looking for hidden gems you will know where to turn. For licensed ventures, Movenpick Ibn Battuta Gate will be your best bet, as all of their restaurants and lounges have a full bar available. BEACHES NEAR AL FURJANThe closest beaches to the Al Furjan community are in Dubai Marina which is about 20-minutes away by car. There are multiple boardwalk restaurants and retail outlets to enjoy. In addition, there are also a playground and outdoor .

Al Furjan Pavilion, which opened in December 2016, houses a Spinneys supermarket, 10 food and beverage outlets, 24 shops, a Medicentre clinic and a car park for more than 300 vehicles. The complex also has a sports and recreation hub with a restaurant, swimming pool, sports court and gym.
