Leisure facilities include a well equipped gymnasium, 25m swimming pool,
children's play area and a basketball court. There is a well stocked
Choithrams supermarket, a coffee shop, laundry, a beauty salon and an ATM
machine.
Residents appreciate the extra space and large gardens they get in the villas
here, said to be more spacious than similar sized properties at [Al
