We are proud to present you our beautiful 2 bedroom apartment having beautiful view of Burj. The apartment is located in Stand Point Tower.
During your stay you will have sole and private access to the entire two bedroom apartment. Upon arrival you will be provided with an access card which will give you access to the buildings, Gym , Swimming pool and kids play area. The Bedroom is separated from the Living room . It has a cozy king size bed in both the bedrooms with fully equipped kitchen. the rates are Inclusive of all utility bills, Free WIFI, 200+ TV channels.

Downtown Dubai is the ideal and happening place as it offers families a myriad of attractions to choose from. Besides taking a tour of Observatory Deck of the Burj Khalifa located on the 124th floor, you can get up close and personal with the Dubai Fountain in of the largest malls in the world The Dubai Mall. It is not just for those who love to shop, it offers a long list of family entertainment venues, such as the Dubai Aquarium, with the worlds largest acrylic viewing panel, the Dubai Ice Rink, Sega Republic and Kids Zania indoor amusement parks.
Downtown is positioned close to the Dubai Metro which provides easy access to many other parts of the city. So if you are interested in an excursion to Deira, or a trip to the Mall of the Emirates and the famous Ski Dubai, the Dubai Metro can get you there fast and easy. With easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road, the Dubais financial hub, the Dubai International Financial Centre(DIFC) and the Dubai World Trade Centre (DTC) are just a 5 - 10- minute drive. The property is cleaned and prepared for Check In by our Housekeeping Team ready for your arrival with complimentary bathroom amenities such as, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner,body lotion and soap etc. An extra bed is available for AED100 per night and a baby cot is available upon request, subject to availability.
Kindly note guest will have to pay Tourism Fee 10AED/NIGHT per room only for the 1st month and a security deposit of 2000 AED which will be refunded at the time of check out. Rate is excluding 5% VAT starting from 1st January 2018.
