PRO facility, pest control, internet and housekeeping]
Must purchase liquor from Hotel every month,on which there is 10% markup, this is as per government requirement
4. Food availability : yes we have 24 hours kitchen.
Since there is no kitchen in the Club it will be taken from Hotel Kitchen.
The hotel will offer 25% discount on the New menu prices.
5. Is it furnished: its a club with DJ setup and lighting available and soundproofing. It is fully furnished.
We will need AED 100,000 as security deposit for all the furnishing.
6. Parking available:
There are 2 floors parking in the basement which depends upon availability. . , also there is ample kaccha (free) parking available nearby
