Majan is one of Dubai's newest communities in Dubailand, which covers around 15.6 million sq. ft of area. The main building construction, however, is being undertaken by Khansaheb, Binladen Contracting Group and Emirates Road Contracting. Majan is conveniently located from most of the star attractions in Dubai. While the Dubai Mall is a 21-minute drive, it takes around the same time to reach Palm Jumeirah and Burj Al Arab. The Walk JBR is a short 25 minutes walk. Dubai International Airport is a short 30-minute drive from Majan.
