The route provides easy access to all other areas of Dubai, as well as the UAE. The Dubai International Airport is located within a 15-minute drive of the district, and Al Maktoum International Airport is located within a 40-minute drive
Downtown Dubai is considered the city’s main neighbourhood for tourism, and it has a well-developed public transportation system. Metro, bus, tram, and taxi services provide quick and efficient ways to travel around the city, and they have air conditioning. All forms of transportation are easily accessible to residents of the Burj Khalifa District. The closest metro station is the Burj Khalifa/ Dubai Mall Metro Station (on the red line), which is situated within a ten-minute walk of the district. It takes approximately the same amount of time to get to the Dubai Mall MS Land Side D bus stop, where residents can take the F13, 30, D03, and D03A routes for travelling outside the city centre. The Dubai Trolley, the world’s first hydrogen-powered tram, runs along Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard and travels around the Burj Khalifa District. The trolley transports passengers between Downtown Dubai landmarks, and it can be a lifesaver for those travelling with small children. All residential complexes in the area have their own underground parking garages with reserved spaces for tenants.
