Each block has 64 rooms, 2 large kitchens with direct access to a spacious dinning room. Staff can prepare and have food in the area without having to eat food in their rooms.
Total 192 rooms at new camp and 20 rooms at existing camp.
Each block has 40 shower-rooms, 32 toilets and 8 lavatories as per municipality approvals.
Each room is facilitated with brand new Inverter spilt AC 1.5ton capacity and a circumatic fan mounted on the ceiling.
All outdoor units are on top of the roof to avoid unnecessary noise and heat.
Each room has telephone connection, 2 sockets and 2 ceiling lights.
2 adequately spacious area's are allocated for washing and laundry in each block-with electric and water facility.
*A few important notifications:
1) Room’s rent we can sit and discuss. (with and without utility bill)
2) Easy access to supermarkets and restaurant.
3) 5% of Security Cheque with current date (which is refundable on expiry of contract)
4) After 3 years rent will be increase as per Ajman municipality rules.
