5. First payment, security deposit and rental cheque and other charges should be cleared before move in.
Cash dealing is not allowed with office staff including maintenance team, watchman or cleaners.
In term of cash dealing by customer/tenant with anyone, company and landlord will not be responsible for renting a property.
