Facing park | Single Row | amazing location

Original Price | Park Facing 2 Bed Townhouse | Reportage Village 1

Own a park view townhouse in one of Dubailand s greenest new communities, at the developer s original price.

R 25 008 is a 2 bedroom G+1 townhouse in Reportage Village 1, Wadi Al Safa 7. It looks straight onto the central park, the long green heart of the community. You get open views from the living room instead of another row of houses.

Why this one stands out:

Park frontage: the front of the home faces the main park, with the clubhouse, nursery and community retail at the end of the street.
Golden hour light: the west facing front catches the sunset, and the private back garden gets the gentle morning sun.
Original price: you pay the developer s price, not a resale premium. Two bed townhouses here have traded at a median of about AED 1.235M over the last 12 months.
Modern design: a double height entrance, floor to ceiling glass, open plan living and kitchen, and a private garden.
Community: shared pool, gym, jogging and cycling tracks, parks, a local mosque and 24/7 security, with quick access to Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street.

Handover is planned for the end of 2027, which leaves time for the market to move before you take the keys.
