Sobha Sanctuary is a master-planned mixed-use development by Sobha Realty, located right off Al Ain Road near Sobha Elwood. Spanning approximately 37.5 million sq. ft. , the project will be delivered in multiple phases over an estimated four to eight years. Upon completion, it is planned to accommodate around 20,000 families across approximately 20,000 residential units, including about 18,000 apartments and 2,000 villas. The first phase will focus on villa living with a limited release of around 250 homes.
