MEP Facilities Consumption:
Water & Electrical Sub-Meter: Tenant will be billed by the hotel on monthly basis for the end of month DEWA sub-meter readings for both
Electrical and Water consumption.
LPG-GAS Meter: Tenant should pay the LPG charges based on gas meter, which will be installed at restaurant kitchen directly billed by Aqua
cool.
Emicool BTU Meter: Tenant should pay the Airconditioned chilled water charges based on Emicool BTU meter reading on monthly basis,
which will be installed at restaurant.
Garbage collection: Tenant should pay directly to Hotel for waste Garbage collection charges .
OTHER OPERATIONAL-COMMON FACILITIES:
Valet Parking Staff Charge : AED 5000/Month
Security Services: AED 5000 common security services (Staff Entrance/CCTV/Patrolling)
Staff Facilities: Staff Toilet Usage: 3000/ month
Storage Space: fixed charges of AED 3000/month for the use of 30 square meter for dry storage area excluding electrical supply in case of
the need to install cold fridges and freezers.
