Guests are required to send non-encrypted copies of their passports before the check-in date. The standard check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.
Please note that the included cleaning fees are for the apartment to be cleaned after the stay. If you need additional cleaning during your stay, you can arrange it at an extra cost.
We provide you with an initial package of toiletries. Please note that consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, and additional toiletries are not provided.
Other things to keep in mind
House rules include respecting neighbors, Dubai laws and regulations, and furnishings. Parties are not allowed. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.
This apartment is fully licensed with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
Cribs and high chairs are subject to availability.
Please note that a charge of 550 AED will be deducted from the deposit for any lost access card or key set.
Please note that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of the entire security deposit.
