Serenia District West Residence

Serenia District West Residence is an upscale residential community in Jumeirah Islands, Dubai. The project by Palma Development will be part of six integrated towers, structured around six distinct zones. It will be the first phase of the development with a 46-storey tower housing 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments. Each unit will offer views of the Jumeirah Islands and surrounding areas.

A key feature of the project will be the Serenia Signature Clubhouse, a multi-level facility offering residents a variety of amenities. These include an infinity pool, spas, a fully equipped gym, an indoor paddle court, a rooftop café, a basketball court and several retail and dining outlets.
