Important: I could verify the AED 31,999/1-bathroom listing, but I couldn't verify that the landlord accepts security only by cheque or that the contact person is Mr. Sunny. Please confirm those two points before paying anything.
For the area itself, Al Nahda has many apartment towers and easy access toward Dubai; examples include Sahara Tower 2 and Sahara Complex مجمع ابنية صحارى. (Dubizzle Sharjah)
If you want, I can also search specifically for 2BHK + 1 bathroom + maximum AED 32,000 + near KFC + security cheque only, and give you the cheapest available options.
