Exclusions from Rent:
- A 5% VAT is applicable to all bookings.
- Tourism Fee: AED 20 per night, charged for up to 30 nights only (in line with Dubai Tourism regulations).
- Cleaning : One-time Cleaning fee of AED 300 applicable
