Sharjah Sustainable City II

Sharjah Sustainable City II will be an upcoming development in Sharjah, offering a community-focused environment that emphasises sustainable living and open, connected spaces. Developed by Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) in collaboration with SEE Holding, the project will feature 3 and 4-bedroom townhouses and 5-bedroom villas designed to combine innovation with sustainability.

Residents will benefit from expanded green spaces, walkable streets and recreational and social areas, including plazas, sports courts, an equestrian club, swimming pools, kids’ areas, BBQ and dog parks, amphitheatre, yoga decks, biodomes and a community centre. The development will be accessible via major roads, providing smooth connectivity across Sharjah.
