Villa a Sobha Elwood, 4 camere da letto, 10800000 AED - 17117953

That is how I read a villa: by what it gives you outside the door. This one has a private garden and a private pool of its own. The community behind them gives you more.

This is a four-bedroom villa in Sobha Elwood. It is off-plan and unfurnished, so you choose every piece. In the developer’s cover image, it has two floors, with a garage at the front and a balcony above. A maid’s room keeps the family rooms private.

Walk through it in the order of the day. In the developer’s images, the dining room has a long table, a row of globe pendants and a tall window onto the trees. The kitchen is a narrow galley in warm grey, with pale stone surfaces. It has a gas hob and a built-in oven, and the kitchen appliances are included. The bathroom has a long floating vanity and a tall window that lets the green in. Built-in wardrobes and a walk-in closet keep the bedrooms clear. The windows are double glazed, so the quiet stays inside. There is covered parking too.

Then comes the community. In the developer’s images, a park has a pool, stepped seating and a playground, with families at every level. The community gives you a shared pool, a shared gym and a shared spa. It has a barbecue area, a children’s pool and a children’s play area. Security is part of it.

It suits a family whose days spread outward: school bags by the door, a swim before dinner, and the garden for the rest. It also suits an investor who wants a family villa to let on a long lease.

Tell me how your family moves through a day, and I will go through the plan with you, room by room.
