• Residential Leasing Commission: 5% of the annual rent amount.
Commercial Leasing Commission: 10% of the annual rent amount.
Selling Commission: 2% of the final sale price.
Value Added Tax (VAT): 5% on all applicable services, in accordance with UAE law.
