The Tour

The apartment, inside, opens into a gigantic living and dining space under floor-to-ceiling windows. The floors are pale in veined marble, and the walls and ceilings are in matte white, with a touch of warm oak joinery and timber skirtings for contrast. This palette is deliberately quiet, because the skyline reflects most of the work. There is ample of space for dining, with a generous sitting area around, and, to its surprise, the Dubai Fountain can be clearly spotted from the living area.

The kitchen is well-rested in its own sweet cave, fitted with oak cabinetry, a dark stone splashback and a long stone island. There is also a gas hob and integrated oven. Glazed doors open onto a balcony so you are stirring the pot while watching the skyline. A smaller kitchen area sits off the main circulation, which makes the apartment practical for entertaining as well as for everyday family life.
