The unit layouts are designed with full-height glazing and open-plan configurations to optimise natural light, privacy and views across the island and lagoon.
Meriva Gardens B
Meriva Gardens B will be the second residential tower in the twin G+10 development. The building will feature a selection of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom apartments and penthouses. The residences will be structured to provide direct access to the waterfront and the central lagoon walkways. The interior planning focuses on the distribution of functional spaces and private balconies positioned to capture the surrounding island and lagoon views.
