Maybach 6 is a mixed-use residential and retail development by Binghatti Developers, located within Mercedes-Benz Places, Binghatti City in Meydan. Planned as part of the world’s first Mercedes-Benz-branded city, is designed to integrate residential living with ground-floor retail, contributing to an active streetscape and everyday convenience. The overall plot area spans approximately 14,326 sq. m. , with a building configuration that includes basement levels, a ground floor, a mezzanine level and five parking floors, followed by residential floors, mechanical floors and rooftop sections. In total, the project will include 1,844 residential units and 34 retail shops at ground level. The residential mix will include 1,344 studio apartments, 220 1-bedroom units, 220 2-bedroom units and 60 3-bedroom units. Homes are planned with a focus on functional layouts, natural light and efficient use of space.

Maybach 6 Tower A is an upcoming residential tower within Mercedes-Benz Places, offering panoramic views of the surrounding cityscape. The tower will comprise residential floors supported by mechanical levels and a roof, forming part of the overall vertical composition of the development. It will offer studio, 1-bed, 2-bed and 3-bedroom apartments with open layouts, spacious interiors and terraces designed to maximise natural light and views. Residents will have access to shared amenities such as a swimming pool, gym or health club, yoga and meditation areas and a children’s play area.

Maybach 6 Tower B

Maybach 6 Tower B will form the second residential component of the Maybach 6 project within Mercedes-Benz | Binghatti City. The tower will include multiple residential floors above a shared podium and parking levels, with a unit mix of studios, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments. Homes are planned with open layouts that prioritise space, daylight and city views. Residents of Tower B will also have access to wellness and leisure facilities, including yoga and meditation zones, a swimming pool, a gym or health club and a dedicated children’s play area.
