A cleaning fee of 250 AED is required as we sent a cleaner to the property before your check-in to make sure that everything is ready for your stay.
- Security Deposit
A small refundable security deposit of 1,000 AED is required. The security deposit will be refunded after check-out once the inspection is done.
-Tourism Tax
A Tourist Tax of 10 AED per night is required based on the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), but it will exempted for long-term reservation from 31 days or longer.
