TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING SPACES IN AL GHADEERParking is not a problem for Al Ghadeer residents and their guests. Most apartment buildings have their own reserved spaces. Those living in villas and townhouses also get to enjoy separate parking areas either in a garage or in the compound. For places within the town, residents prefer using the well-paved walkways while driving a car is recommended for areas outside the neighbourhood. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION IN AL GHADEERThe communitys transportation system has been quite a buzz during the past few months when it was announced that Al Ghadeer will be home to the first supersonic transport after the deal was finalised between Aldar and US-based Hyperloop Transportation Technologies. It is a frictionless technology allowing passengers to reach speeds of 1,200 kph. Once ready, travellers will enjoy an easy commute to Dubai and Abu Dhabi at nominal charges. Till then, it is recommended to use a taxi or private vehicles as Al Ghadeer is located at a significant distance from the central areas of Dubai and Abu Dhabi. AMENITIES, SCHOOLS AND HEALTHCAREThis suburban area of Abu Dhabi is a residential gem slowly catching up with the demand among the locals and expats. This is because Aldar offers world-class amenities along with several new projects including educational institutes, clinics and hospitals. SUPERMARKETS IN ALGHADEERThis self-sufficient community has a vast commercial space dedicated to the retail outlets on ground floors of Al Waha and Sabil apartment zones. There is also a small community supermarket in Al Ghadeer known as Al Ghadeer Baqala where residents shop for daily items. CHURCHES, TEMPLES AND MOSQUES IN AL GHADEERJust like any other residential areas of the United Arab Emirates, there is a community mosque known as Al Ghadeer Masjid. There arent any churches or Hindu temples at the moment but if you want to visit one, you can travel to St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church and the Gurunanak Darbar Sikh Gurudwara in Jebel Ali, which is approximately half an hour away.

SCHOOLS IN AL GHADEERThere arent many schools in Al Ghadeer but the community will have a private community school, Al Ghadeer International School in the near future. It will follow the British curriculum and accommodate around 1,500 students. British Oak Montessori Nursery has been set up in Waha Building. Just like the commercial spaces, these schools are also accessible via safe and green walkways. CLINICS AND HOSPITALS IN AL GHADEERGone are the days when residents had to drive all the way to hospitals in another locality. Medicina Pharmacy is newly established within the community offering all kinds of medicines and medical equipment. Lack of clinics is still a bit of a struggle as the nearest hospital is the NMC Royal Hospital in Dubai Investment Park, roughly 25 minutes away.
