Cheques can be deposited by the Marriott Executive Apartments Al Jaddaf or returned to the tenant upon settling the charges in a different mode of payment (cash, credit card, bank transfer).
•Early check-out is subject to 2-months’ notice and 1-month penalty. (Applicable to yearly contracts. )
•All rents are subject to AED 20 Tourism Dirham fee per bedroom per night for the first 30 nights, payable upon check-in by cash or credit card: AED 600 for 1BR, AED 1200 for 2BR, AED 1800 for 3BR.
•Visa & MasterCard payments are subject to bank transaction fee of 2,5%; Amex –3,5%.
•Unit with balcony / terrace + 10% of the rent.
