- Aljada aims to host 25,000+ residential units, 4 hotels, 3 schools, 500,000 sqm of office space, and a 165,000 sqm retail footprint.
- Over 250,000 sqm of landscaped green areas will be woven through the project, supporting parks, promenades, and nature corridors.
Location & Connectivity
- Aljada is located in the Muwaileh / New Sharjah area, with direct access to Sheikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Road (E311), ensuring good regional connectivity.
- It lies about 7 minutes from Sharjah International Airport and 20 minutes from Dubai International Airport under normal traffic conditions.
Architecture & Central Hub
- The Central Hub, designed in collaboration with Zaha Hadid Architects, acts as the project’s heart — a car-free leisure & entertainment district with plazas, landscaped gardens, public squares, retail zones, and amphitheater-style spaces.
- The architecture draws inspiration from natural forms (e. g. the first drop of rain), and incorporates strategies for passive cooling, water reuse, and native landscaping to optimize microclimate.
Residential & Lifestyle
- Aljada offers a wide spectrum of housing types: apartments, townhouses, and villas, catering to singles, couples, and families.
- The community is designed to be vibrant, walkable, and amenity-rich: with restaurants, cafés, retail outlets, schools, medical centers, fitness centers, parks, and cultural & entertainment venues.
