The upcoming Baccarat Hotel and Residences is a distinguished high-end project located in Downtown Dubai. Developed by H&H Development in partnership with the luxury brand Baccarat, the development will consist of 144 hotel rooms and 49 luxurious residences. The residences will feature large windows to maximise natural light and provide stunning views of the bustling city centre, including famous landmarks like the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Frame. The two towers will have sleek glass exteriors that reflect the sea, sun and sand, embodying the opulent style of the Baccarat brand. The project will be managed by SH Hotels & Resorts.
