Terms & Condition:
Rate is on room only basis & valid for contracts with start date from February - April, 2021.
Rate includes: VAT, Service Charge, Municipality fee. Rate exclude: TDF (AED 15 per night as per UAE law).
Rates mentioned is on per week basis (7 nights) and are applicable for minimum 2 weeks (14 nights continuous stay)
Rate includes 1 time per week cleaning, DEWA utilities, High Speed Wi-Fi, fully furnished apartment, kitchen with cutleries and cooking stuff, fitness, pool & restaurants access, shared laundry room & 1 parking space in the basement parking.

Payment & Cancellation Terms:
Weekly, 2 Weeks and Monthly contracts, entire payment required on signing of contract.
In the case of late cancellation or no-show, 100 % charges apply.
