This gated community was built by Dubai Properties who continue to manage it. The homes are a mix of spacious two-, three- and four-bedroom villas and two- and three-bedroom apartments. .
It is well laid out with landscaped gardens, amenities for residents and ample parking spaces. The roadways are quiet and good for walking and cycling. Leisure facilities include a well equipped gymnasium, 25m swimming pool, children's play area and a basketball court. There is a well stocked Choithrams supermarket, a coffee shop, laundry, a beauty salon and an ATM machine.
Residents appreciate the extra space and large gardens they get in the villas here, said to be more spacious than similar sized properties at Al Reem in Arabian Ranches and at Springs. They also report that the pool is never too busy to enjoy and property maintenance is excellent. What residents dont appreciate, however, is the complicated access routes. It can take up to 15 minutes to get into or out of the community.
