The villas vary in size with three, four or five bedrooms and large family rooms and have been designed in three architectural styles: heritage,regional and rustic. All have private terraces and gardens and double garages,and the larger villas have their own private swimming pools. The parks and gardens shown on the master plan are not yet apparent and will probably not appear until the building works are finished. -

The long awaited Jumeirah Park Pavilion shopping mall has recently opened with a Geant Easy supermarket and a number of other outlets, the first of 28 shops, restaurants and cafes.
The parks, jogging, walking and cycle trails, tennis courts, gym and community clubhouse are still in the pipeline. Ditto the children's facilities including a children's day-care centre, play area and a youth centre. Eventually theres going to be a school and some mosques. Once this lot is delivered, together with security and signposting, Jumeirah Park should resemble more closely the developers vision.
In January 2017 Nakheel announced a series of new, linked cycle routes to be created around its communities in Dubai, including a 20km track around Jumeirah Park. Alongside this, a new 10km "super loop" speed track for experienced cyclists,with a smaller 5km loop inside it, is being built on a section of land between Jumeirah Park and Discovery Gardens.
