JBR is a major local and tourist destination with its beach, retail activity and carnival-like atmosphere. The area is home to many of Dubai's most popular hotels & resorts. Jumeirah Beach Residence is both an individual project and a master-community. JBR mainly comprises of 41 cream colored high-rise towers. Units in Rimal and Amwaj are usually more sought after because they are in the center of JBR and have the best access to the major retail areas. - Many units in Bahar are smaller in size and thus typically have the lowest sale values. Many sea views in Bahar will become obstructed as construction takes place infront of the cluster. - Shams units also have lower values being on the far end of the Marina. The Murjan cluster also bookends JBR, but values hold there mainly due to some spectacular Palm and Marina views available in these buildings.
