During your stay you will have sole and private access to the entire two bedroom apartment. Upon arrival you will be provided with an access card which will give you access to the buildings, Gym , Swimming pool and kids play area. The Bedroom is separated from the Living room . It has a cozy king size bed in both the bedrooms with fully equipped kitchen. the rates are Inclusive of all utility bills, Free WIFI, 200+ TV channels.

Kindly note guest will have to pay Tourism Fee 10AED/NIGHT per room only for the 1st month and a security deposit of 2000 AED which will be refunded at the time of check out. Rate is excluding 5% VAT starting from 1st January 2018.
