Better Homes client who bought an off-plan one bedroom unit in 52/42 Emaar project in Dubai Marina would like to re-sell it. The buyer will have to pay about 30% of the listed price + 4% DLD transfer fee + 2% real estate commission. Then, a regular developer payment schedule has to be observed with Emaar. This entails a payment of 10% every half a year till 80% of construction is reached and then a payment of 20% on handover.
