The Muzayra'a area has undergone numerous vital projects supervised by the Ministry of Infrastructure Development, located nearby and just a few minutes' drive away. The most notable of these is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs office project, which covers an area of 46,800 square meters and has a total cost of AED 32.6 million. The project took into account the sustainability standards that the UAE is keen to meet and enhance in every project and building. The project, which consists of a main building and others for services and certifications, includes energy-saving LED lighting and thermal wall insulation. A wastewater treatment plant was also developed for use in agriculture, irrigation, and other purposes. It is also worth noting that the building provides approximately 443 parking spaces designated for employees, visitors, people of determination, and others.
Another vital project undertaken in the region is an additional building for the Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure, costing approximately AED 16.2 million. The project includes a three-story main building and two service buildings designed to meet new standards and principles, such as recycling, monitoring waste rates, and efforts to reduce them. The Sharjah General Command building project, which consists of ten buildings, includes a ground-floor main building and two additional floors housing 14 departments and branches, in addition to operations, service, and appointment buildings, as well as a mosque and guard rooms. The estimated cost of the project is AED 167 million, with a total area of 233,000 square meters. The project was designed in accordance with Islamic architecture and utilizes the most advanced construction techniques and methods. The construction process was monitored using virtual and augmented reality screens to display the stages of completion and remote monitoring. It is worth noting that the project adheres to international standards for modern buildings, providing 669 parking spaces, including 266 shaded parking spaces.
