Appartement in Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT)，JVT District 3，Milestone Residences, 2 slaapkamers, 1711938 AED - 17105615

Go up to the roof first. The pool sits at the top of the building, and the marina skyline lies in front of it.

This is a two-bedroom home in a new building, next to a park. It is brand new, and this is its first sale. The finishes are very good, and nobody has lived in it.

Start in the kitchen, because it is fully equipped. It has a dishwasher and a gas cooker, and it measures 2.85 by 2.20 metres. A separate laundry room sits beside it. The living area is 5.60 by 3.75 metres, with a dining area next to it. A balcony 1.30 metres wide runs along the living area and both bedrooms. It adds 143 square feet of outdoor space.

The first bedroom is 3.80 by 3.50 metres. It has a walk-in closet and its own bathroom. The second bedroom is 3.90 by 3.50 metres, with a bathroom close by. There is also a powder room for guests. In all, the home covers 1,201 square feet, including the balcony. It has one parking space.

The building does the rest. There is a full gym for daily use. At the top, the rooftop pool looks over the marina skyline. Outside the door, the park is next to the building, so a walk starts in a minute.

It suits a family that wants two proper bedrooms. It also suits an investor who wants a new home to let on a long lease.

Tell me how you would use the balcony, and I will go through the plan with you, room by room.
