Yas Acres – North Bay is a prestigious new residential project by Aldar Properties. This waterfront community is ideally situated on Yas Island and represents the final development in the highly sought-after Yas Acres neighbourhood. North Bay will be divided into three sub-districts with a mix of residential and mixed-use land plots for investors.

These plots can be developed into buildings featuring apartments with stunning sea and park views, retail outlets and a hotel. Besides the plots, the off-plan project will also feature a range of exclusive amenities. These include educational facilities, mosques, clinics, community centres, a yacht club and a golf club.
