RECREATIONAL PLACES NOW OPEN IN DUBAI
There are plenty of fun attractions open in Dubai now, for you and your loved ones to enjoy. But while you are visiting any of the attractions which have reopened in Dubai, make sure to wear a mask, maintain a safe distance from others and take other necessary precautions.
FOR CINEMA LOVERS
Have you been waiting to watch a blockbuster on the big screen? Brace yourself for the experience, because the government just gave the green light for reopening cinemas in Dubai!
VOX Cinemas, which operates one of the largest network of multiplexes in Dubai has officially reopened all its branches since May 27, 2020. They’re disinfecting their premises using potent fogging machines and enforcing enhanced health and safety measures to protect their patrons.
All outlets of Reel Cinemas in Dubai are also open now for cinema lovers to enjoy. Tickets can be purchased online to encourage contactless transactions. All cinema-goers must wear a mask and cooperate with the cinema authorities to ensure safety for all.
That said, the cinemas in Dubai will be operating on limited 30% capacity, so make sure you book your tickets in advance.

Located in Dubai Motor City, The Den DXB is all set to welcome members for its static circuit classes. As a safety precaution, the duration of these classes has been reduced from one hour to 45 minutes. All members have to bring their own water and towels to the gym.
The Fitness First gyms in Dubai are also open now! Members need to pre-book their slots for guaranteed space, because the gym will be operating at 50% capacity as directed by the government.

OTHER RECREATIONAL ATTRACTIONS THAT HAVE REOPENED IN DUBAI
Around 70 parks, including some of the best parks in Dubai, are now open to the public, with certain SOPs in place to ensure the safety of residents. These parks include the Zabeel Park, Al Sufouh Park, Al Safa Park and more. Anyone heading out to the park must ensure they meet the age criteria and wear face masks at all times.
Hotels with private beaches in Dubai are allowed to let their guests enjoy the beach, as long as they restrict the public gatherings to no more than five people at a time. Recreational beach activities like watersports, cycling and skydiving are allowed in open spaces, with the participant head count restricted to five.
Please Note: Even though the businesses and recreational attractions in Dubai are slowly opening up, there are a few general stipulations they must abide by at all times.
- The opening hours for reopened Dubai attractions must not go beyond the 06:00 am to 11:00 pm timeline
- Strict social distancing (at least 2m apart) must be practised by all visitors
- Masks are mandatory for everyone
- Visitors aged below 12, above 60 or anyone with chronic diseases must not be allowed admission to the venue.
