A residential project of Nakheel Properties, Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT) is a master-planned community wedged between Al Khail Road (E44) and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311). It houses up to 5,000 properties that are distributed between nine districts. Located at the western corner, there is District 2 with seven clusters of residential properties. Public Transportation near District 2E

Residents can board a bus from the nearest stations in Dubai Production City. These are accessible in around 10 to 15 minutes by car.

Two of the frequently used routes for transportation near District 2E are also the arterial roads of Jumeirah Village Triangle (JVT). One is called Orchid Street that runs along the eastern boundary of District 2E. The other is known as Tulip Street which leads to the connector road (118 Street) between JVT and Jumeirah Park.

It spreads towards the north with an area of 350 hectares.

Jumeirah Village Triangle’s very own retail and entertainment development, Al Khail Avenue opened in 2020. Alongside Waitrose, a multi-screen cinema, dining outlets and 350 stores, it also boasts a project extension that includes a 252-room hotel.

Ibn Battuta Mall is located farther towards the south-western coast but is accessible in less than 15 minutes. These are a few notable stores and amenities in Ibn Battuta Mall:

These include Grosvenor House, The Ritz-Carlton, Hilton Dubai Jumeirah, Habtoor Grand Resort, Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach and Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa. The premier skydiving location, Skydive Dubai, is also based along the coast nearby. Whether someone is into extreme sports or wants to experience free fall for the first time, Skydive Dubai is a popular venue.
