DAMAC Lagoons will be a residential development by DAMAC Properties, nestled opposite DAMAC Hills. There will be 3 to 5-bedroom townhouses and 6-bedroom villas in eight Mediterranean-inspired clusters. DAMAC Lagoons project will be completed by Q4, 2024.

DAMAC Lagoons location is waterfront and tucked away from the city yet connected to key areas and notable landmarks via major roads of the emirate.
