DAMAC Properties offers a flexible payment plan for the DAMAC Islands project. Buyers and investors can book a property with an immediate 20% down payment and a 4% DLD payable in addition to the initial deposit. The rest is split into 39 easy instalments and a final settlement of 25% is to be made on completion in Q4 2028.
