Unique 1-room apartment in a beautiful location in the VIDA hotel. In these apartments you can feel the atmosphere of Dubai like nowhere else: a beautiful view of the skyscrapers and the canal with yachts sailing past. Within walking distance of the shopping center, metro, tram.
For an additional fee, we provide access to beaches at various luxury hotels.
The space
Our apartment is equipped with:
- a big bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a desk for work or makeup
- living room with a sofa and 4-seater dining table with 65 inch 4K Smart TV with lots of TV channels
- fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances: coffee machine, dishwasher, electric grill, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, etc
- spacious bathroom + a guest toilet
- a balcony equipped with 2-seater outdoor furniture
- high-speed internet
- an in-unit washing machine
Guest access
Guests will also have access to all of the facilities of the building.
The residential complex has a chic area with several swimming pools, a children's playroom, a gym. .
One of the main advantages of the building is direct access to the canal embankment, where restaurants, beauty salons and playgrounds are located. Right near the building you can rent bicycles and scooters.
Other things to note
Price includes:
- All utilities included (electricity, water, high speed internet, TV with cable, air conditioning/fridge)
- Access to all building/community amenities for residents such as pool and gym.
- Support services are just a call away.
- Check-in and Check-out Timings:
Standard check-in time is 3:00PM onwards and check-out time is 11:00AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to the availability and additional charges may apply!
- Guest Registration
Please kindly provide passport (or Emirates ID) copies of all guests and visitors at least 48-hours in advance in order to register your stay with community/building security.
Additional services:
1) We provide our guests with weekdays access to the beaches and pools in various luxury hotels with a special price 500 aed per adult per week. Children under 15 free of charge. During your holiday, you can relax on different beaches, which will make your holiday even brighter and richer.

2) Cleaning services.
- 295 aed with amenities and linens + towels replacement
- 195 aed just cleaning
