Guest access
• Check-in is from 3 PM onwards. Check-out time is before 11 AM.

• Earlier check-in (before 9 AM) or later check-out after 1 PM, are subject to availability at additional cost.
• Passport copies of all the guests staying in the apartment are required to have security access to the building.
• The security deposit (AED 2,500) must be paid before accessing the property.
Cleaning & housekeeping
• The Cleaning Fee applies to the post-check-out cleaning only.
• If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service and request quotes.
• If you require the sofa bed to be made up, please notify us no later than 48 hours before check-in. If the request is made after this time, we cannot guarantee sofa bed setup, the linens and towels will be provided on time.
Additional Services
• A portable bed is available (80cm x 190cm) upon request with an additional cost of 150 AED.
• 32-inch 4K computer monitor and laser jet printer are available for rental. Reach us for additional equipment rental services.
