Booking Charges
• One time check out cleaning charge of 300 AED should be paid additional to the total price.

Guest access
• Check-in is from 3 PM onwards. Check-out time is before 11 AM.
• Early check-in (from 9 AM), subject to availability with no additional cost.
• Late check-out (before 1 PM), subject to availability with no additional cost.
• Passport copies of all the guests staying in the apartment are required to have security access pass to the building.

Cleaning & house-keeping
