- The towers are connected by a landscaped podium that leads directly to the Marina walkway.
- The buildings are directly adjacent to the JBR Station 2 of the Dubai Tram system.
- The buildings are a carbon copy of The Residences complex in Downtown Dubai, also built by Emaar. Only the facade coloring is different.
