Rate & Agreement’s T&Cs;

• The stated rates are inclusive of all the taxes, fees and tourism dirham.
• Long stay rates are always dynamic and subject to change without prior notice.
• A supplement of AED 500 per 30 nights will be applicable for double occupancy rooms.
• Additional supplements are applicable for Gulf Food event at AED 500 which will be added to the total amount, should the booking cross these periods.
• Pre-payment is required for the entire contracted period. For two months and above, we do require the first month full payment in advance plus 25% of the remain following months contracted. Remain 75% of the following months rate, to be paid at the beginning of every month.
• Security deposit of AED 500 which us refundable upon check out is applicable for one month’s bookings.
• Security deposit of half month’s rent is applicable for bookings more than one month.
• In case of early termination of the contract, one month’s rent + security deposit is non-refundable.
• This offer is valid for 3 days from the issue date, Contract needs to be signed and paid for within 3 days of date of issue. Rooms and rates are subject to change if this is not followed.
