DAMAGE WAIVER DEPOSIT
It is SLVs obligations per our Landlords requirements that all our guests shall pay and adhere to a damage/waiver deposit for each booking. $1400 (AED 5,110) for apartments and $2000 (AED 7,300) for villas. This amount shall be sent along with a signed "short term" tenancy contract at least 10 days prior to arrival.
At the time of departure SLV shall inspect the property. The Tenant agrees to return the property in its original condition which shall include all internal and external door keys and TV remotes and garage remotes at the end of the fixed short term tenancy period agreed upon by SLV the Landlord's representative. Prior to the release of the damage waiver deposit (within 7 days of departure) a property inspection will be carried out by SLV on behalf of the Landlord. The cost of repairs and additional cleaning charges and/or damages shall be deemed for the responsibility of the Tenant or Guests and/ or as a direct result of the Tenants occupancy, and shall be deducted from the damage waiver deposit at SLVs and the Landlords discretion.
