شقة في روبي،تيارا ريزيدنس،نخلة جميرا 2 غرف 330000 درهم - 16750481

This beautifully upgraded 2-bedroom apartment in Tiara Residences offers a bright, contemporary European-inspired interior with extensive improvements throughout.

The apartment has been finished in a lighter Scandinavian style, featuring white wooden doors, frames, cabinetry and skirting, complemented by additional spot lighting and solid Scandinavian oak flooring installed without glues, varnishes or chemicals.

Both bathrooms have been completely renovated with large-format tiles, extra-large single-panel mirrors, new sanitary ware, taps, sinks, showers and toilets. Importantly, all bathrooms have also been fully re-insulated — addressing one of the common issues found in Tiara Residences — and fitted with brand-new boilers.

The kitchen has been completely redesigned in a modern white and grey finish, with significantly increased storage, new sinks and fittings, re-tiled flooring and a larger two-door refrigerator.

Additional storage has been incorporated throughout the apartment, while the ceilings have also been completely redone, creating a clean and refined finish across the property.

A thoughtfully renovated home offering a noticeably brighter and more contemporary feel than a standard Tiara apartment, while retaining the generous layouts and quality of one of Palm Jumeirah’s most established beachfront residences.
