Individuals eligible for the FTHB program can avail of the following benefits:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Priority access to units in new launches by participating developers.<\/li><li>Special discounts on the sale price of off-plan units with select developers.<\/li><li>Flexible payment plans for off-plan properties.<\/li><li>Interest-free instalment payment options for DLD registration fees through eligible credit cards<\/li><li>Improved access to mortgages, with better interest rates and reduced fees by participating banks.<\/li><li>Automatic eligibility checks for residency programmes<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026.and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"eligibility-criteria\"><strong>Eligibility criteria<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To qualify for the First-Time Home Buyer Program, applicants should meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>They are a UAE resident (national or expat)<\/li><li>They do not own any freehold residential property in Dubai<\/li><li>They are 18 years of age or older<\/li><li>They are looking for a property below AED 5M in value.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"broker-participating\"><strong>Participation as a broker<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re a real estate agent participating in the Dubai First-Time Home Buyer Program, here\u2019s how you can register your eligible clients to avail these benefits:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Use the Broker Platform to register your clients<\/li><li>Use your client\u2019s UAE Pass application to verify their UAE Residence permits<\/li><li>Once authenticated, you will be directed to generate a QR code that verifies their eligibility<\/li><li>For off-plan sales, share this QR code with the developer while booking a unit and completing the sale.
