Price and Payment Terms

Reservation Deposit 10% of the Total Purchase Price, non-refundable, payable at the date of signing the Reservation Contract

Second Payment10% of the Total Purchase Price within 8 calendar months of date of signing the Reservation Contract by purchaser
Third Payment10% of the Total Purchase Price within 12 calendar months of date of signing the Reservation Contract by purchaser
Fourth Payment10% of the Total Purchase Price within 16 calendar months of date of signing theReservation Contract by purchaser
